“Breakfast is the most important meal of the day” is a pretty popular saying. But is it true? Do you need to eat breakfast to lose weight and achieve your health goals?
I'm a self-proclaimed breakfast lover; however, that doesn't mean I recommend that everyone eats breakfast. Everyone is an individual, what works for some may not work for others. Never forget that.
