Tired? Or fatigued? I'll hazard a guess that you feel tired or fatigued at least some of the time (if not all!). Mom life is tiring!

You may reach for caffeine, sugar or junk to help combat fatigue. These habits aren’t helping you fight the fatigue OR achieve your goals.
